Role Overview

Flipkart is hiring Call Center Executives to handle customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues through calls, chat, and email. You will be the first point of contact for Flipkart customers, ensuring smooth resolution and excellent customer experience. This is a full-time work-from-home role with growth opportunities in India’s leading e-commerce company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Resolve queries related to orders, returns, refunds, payments, and deliveries.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by following quality guidelines.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream)
  • Experience: 0–2 years in customer service (BPO/e-commerce preferred)
  • Skills Needed:
    • Strong communication in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus)
    • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
    • Patience and problem-solving ability
    • Ability to work in rotational shifts
