Role Overview
Flipkart is hiring Call Center Executives to handle customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues through calls, chat, and email. You will be the first point of contact for Flipkart customers, ensuring smooth resolution and excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
