Role Overview
We are looking for motivated Part-Time Telecallers to join our remote sales and engagement team. This role is ideal for candidates who are persuasive, customer-oriented, and eager to learn. You’ll handle outbound calls, qualify leads, and drive conversions for some of India’s top brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using CRM.
- Promote client products and services with a consultative sales approach.
- Explain offers, answer queries, and handle customer objections effectively.
- Capture accurate customer details and update call outcomes in the system.
- Follow structured scripts and workflows while adapting to customer needs.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English (other regional languages a plus).
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or lead generation preferred (freshers may apply).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with mobile apps/CRMs.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined while working remotely.
- Must have a smartphone, good internet connection, and a quiet work environment.
Work Hours
- Flexible part-time shifts (4–6 hours daily).
- Shifts available across day, evening, and late-night slots depending on project.
- Weekend availability may be required for certain campaigns.
