Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join as Home Loan Officers in the Banking sector. The role involves client handling, sales of financial products, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage sales of home loans and related financial products
• Build and maintain customer relationships for business growth
• Provide excellent service and support to clients
• Collaborate with the team to meet targets
• Track market trends & competitor activity
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in sales (preferably BFSI sector)
• Freshers interested in a sales career are welcome
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Banking, Home Loans, Mortgage, Insurance preferred
