Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
  • Assist with product details, order status, returns, refunds, and account issues.
  • Troubleshoot customer problems and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on Flipkart’s latest products, policies, and promotions.
  • Adhere to all company policies and service quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Exceptional written communication in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow structured workflows.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and chat support tools (preferred).
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.

Experience

  • 1–3 years in customer support, ideally within e-commerce or online services.
  • Prior experience in live chat support is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of Flipkart's platform and products is a bonus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts, including weekends and rotational schedules.
  • Specific shift timings will be discussed during the interview process.
