Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Assist with product details, order status, returns, refunds, and account issues.
- Troubleshoot customer problems and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on Flipkart’s latest products, policies, and promotions.
- Adhere to all company policies and service quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional written communication in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Fast and accurate typing skills with the ability to multitask.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow structured workflows.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and chat support tools (preferred).
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.
Experience
- 1–3 years in customer support, ideally within e-commerce or online services.
- Prior experience in live chat support is highly valued.
- Knowledge of Flipkart's platform and products is a bonus.
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts, including weekends and rotational schedules.
- Specific shift timings will be discussed during the interview process.
