About the Role
Maatrum Technologies is looking for a Civil Engineer to conduct on-site property verification and data collection. The role involves visiting customer locations, measuring land and building areas, capturing photographs, and documenting property details to validate projects.
This is a remote field-based position, ideal for candidates who enjoy working independently and have a strong understanding of civil and real estate concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer locations to inspect and verify land or building properties.
- Measure area, floors, and room details using standard tools.
- Capture photographs with GPS location, including a selfie with the customer and the property.
- Record geo-locations of comparable nearby properties.
- Take photos of EB board and electricity bill for verification.
- Collect boundary details of the site and document all findings.
- Gather and compare market rates per sq. ft. from multiple sources.
- Upload all collected data accurately in the Site Inspector Application.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering, land, and flat measurements.
- Fluency in reading and writing the regional language (Kannada preferred).
- Prior experience in land verification, surveying, or real-estate projects is an added advantage.
- Must be detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable with fieldwork.
