As part of Flipkart’s remote customer support team, you'll handle various queries and assist customers with their online shopping journey — from order placement to post-delivery service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with order placements, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Track shipments and provide real-time delivery updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments for faster resolution of customer issues.
- Handle sensitive information responsibly and in accordance with data protection protocols.
- Log all interactions accurately in CRM and support systems
- Offer insights and feedback to improve support quality and user experience.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Minimum: 10+2 (High School); Graduate degree preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Basic computer skills: Email, chat, CRM software, MS Office.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of online shopping and customer behavior.
Experience
- No prior experience required – ideal for freshers!
- Candidates with customer service or remote support experience will be a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible scheduling across shifts (Morning, Evening, Night).
- Support hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM IST.
- Both part-time and full-time shifts are available to match your lifestyle.
