Role Overview

Amazon is hiring Virtual Customer Support Associates to join their award-winning Customer Service Team. This is a contract-based, work-from-home job in Noida Uttar Pradesh.

Your main role will be to help customers by solving their problems, answering questions, and giving them the best support experience. Amazon will provide you with full training and equipment, so no prior customer service experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

  • Answer customer queries via phone, chat, or email.
  • Help with orders, payments, deliveries, and website issues.
  • Solve problems and make customers happy by providing clear guidance.

Problem Solving:

  • Use different tools to research and find the right solutions.
  • Provide accurate information without reading from a fixed script.
  • Handle multiple customer requests with patience and attention.

Team & Process:

  • Follow Amazon’s training and support processes.
  • Learn quickly and adapt to changes in customer service tools.

Requirements & Qualifications

Eligibility:

  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Must have the right to work in India.
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts (early, late, night, weekends, overtime).

Language Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in English (written + spoken).

Technical Setup:

  • Broadband speed: 100 MB download, 20 MB upload (wired connection only).
  • Quiet and distraction-free home workspace.
  • Laptop/desktop recommended for the best application and work experience.

Other Conditions:

  • Must agree to video/audio recording for interviews and ID verification.
  • Government-issued photo ID (except Aadhaar) is required for joining.
