Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with their insurance-related queries.
• Product Information: Provide clear and accurate information about various insurance products and services offered by InsuranceDekho
• Policy Assistance: Assist customers in understanding policy terms, coverage options, and help them navigate the insurance process.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
• Customer Service: Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
