Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Processor to join Mango Insurance. This is a backend operations role with a focus on insurance-related processing and documentation. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, invoicing, and documentation tasks accurately.
• Process insurance-related documents and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal team members for coordination and updates.
• Handle backend operations related to General Insurance policies.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth workflow within timelines.

Requirements

• General Insurance work experience (mandatory).
• Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Comfortable working remotely and adjusting to Mountain Time Zone schedules.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Motor Insurance, Bancassurance, Mutual Funds.
• Familiarity with Insurance Broking and Operations.
• Strong skills in documentation, finance, and relationship management.
