About the Role

Amazon is looking for smart and friendly people to join our Customer Service Team.
Your main job is to help customers when they face problems or have questions — like order tracking, delivery issues, or payments.

You’ll chat, email, or talk on calls with customers to solve their issues and make their Amazon experience better.
Don’t worry if you have no experience, Amazon will train you thoroughly and give you all the tools you need.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Talk to customers through phone, chat, or email.
• Help customers with order, product, or payment-related queries.
• Use Amazon’s systems to find solutions and fix problems.
• Keep a polite, helpful, and positive attitude during every interaction.
  
  

Work Hours

• You’ll work variable shifts between 6 AM and 11 PM, from Sunday to Monday.
• You may work on national holidays, weekends, or night shifts.
• Minimum 40 hours per week.
• Shift details will be shared before your joining date.
  
  

Who Can Apply

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally allowed to work in India.
• Good English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Comfortable working on computers and learning new tools.
• Can work in rotational shifts (day, night, weekends).
• Have a quiet and clean workspace with a desk and chair.
• Internet connection: Minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, wired (no WiFi).
