About the Role
Amazon is looking for friendly and competent people to join our Customer Service Team.
Your job will be to help customers when they have questions or problems — like tracking an order, payment issues, or website help.
You'll talk to customers through phone, chat, or email and make sure they get quick and clear solutions. We will train you fully, so you don’t need past customer service experience.
What You’ll Do
- Talk with customers and solve their problems.
- Help with order, delivery, or payment questions.
- Use Amazon's tools to find and share the right answers.
- Stay polite, patient, and helpful in every chat or call.
Who Can Apply
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Can legally work in India.
- Have good English communication skills (speaking and writing).
- Comfortable working day, night, and weekend shifts (rotational).
- Must have a quiet place to work, a desk and chair, and a fast internet connection (at least 100 Mbps download & 20 Mbps upload, wired connection only).
