Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through chat, email, and online support channels
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Record and document all customer interactions clearly in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues as needed
- Follow company guidelines and standard procedures to maintain service quality
- Meet productivity targets and performance goals consistently
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written English communication
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Basic understanding of customer service principles
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Comfortable using computers, the internet, and Microsoft Office tools
- Self-driven and capable of working independently
Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in chat/email support, e-commerce customer service, or back-office operations is an advantage
Work Hours & Shifts
- Flexible shift options available (Morning, Afternoon, Night)
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business needs
- Both part-time and full-time positions are open
