AB Insurance Brokers is hiring Chat Process Executives to manage customer communication through live chat and email. The role is focused on non-voice support, making it perfect for freshers who want to start their career in customer service while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via chat and email support.
• Provide accurate information and resolve basic issues.
• Update and maintain customer records in the system.
• Ensure timely responses to customers and maintain satisfaction.
• Follow internal guidelines and escalation processes.
  
  

Requirements

• Freshers only (no prior experience needed).
• Minimum 12th pass qualification.
• Basic English writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Hindi or local language is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
