Job Description
Reliance Jio is looking for Chat Process Executives to join its customer support team. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who want to start their career in the BPO/Customer Service industry while working from home.
As a Chat Process Executive, you will handle customer queries via chat, provide resolutions, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer queries over chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account-related issues.
- Escalate complex cases to seniors when required.
- Maintain chat quality standards and response time SLAs.
- Keep records of customer interactions in the system.
Who Can Apply
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of customer service/BPO experience.
- Basic English communication required.
- Good typing speed & accuracy preferred.
- Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts (24×7 support environment).
