Job Description

We are hiring female IT Recruiters with experience in IT skills hiring (SAP, Oracle, Cloud, ERP, Java, C++, .Net, DevOps, Full Stack, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, job posting, interviews, closures)
• Work on Permanent Hiring and C2H (Contract to Hire) positions
• Use job portals, mass mailing, and sourcing strategies to find candidates
• Ensure timely hiring and closures for IT roles
  
  

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of IT recruitment experience (consultancy background preferred)
• Must have hands-on experience in C2H and Permanent hiring
• Strong knowledge of niche IT skills (SAP, Oracle, Cloud, ERP, Java, etc.)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• A laptop & stable Wi-Fi connection is mandatory
• Should be able to handle multiple hiring requirements in a month.
