Job Description

Quess Corp Limited is hiring Customer Relationship Officers (CROs) for its operations.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers with queries & resolve service/product issues
• Handle SIM card sales and customer service at the store
• Sell products like postpaid plans, broadband connections, etc. to walk-in customers
• Ensure customers have a good experience at the store
  
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 18–29 years
• Education: Graduate (any stream)
• Gender: Male & Female can apply
• Skills: Good communication & sales ability
• Should be polite, responsible, and customer-friendly
